 Various relaxation techniques are explored and tailored for you to use during when life is out of balance. Areas covered are having a relationship with God, balance in life, having inner peace, empowering yourself, other area that  interest you. It is important to have developed techniques that assist you when you have a challenging time such as anxiety issues, depression, panic attacks, anger issues, addictions and life events such as a death of a loved one or  job loss.
